At Roger Dunn Golf Shops, all of our products are guaranteed to give you 100% satisfaction in every way for 90 days from date of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you will receive a replacement or full store credit.

If you would like to return something you have purchased from us please have the following ready:

• Original store receipt (preferred)
• Items returned without a receipt will receive fair trade-in value.

Please follow these instructions for in-store purchase returns:

• In-store purchases must be returned at store level, not through the internet division.
• Go to the store where you purchased your item.
• Present your receipt within 90 days and receive store credit for the full amount.

Normal Wear & Tear

Our 90 day return policy is extended to include clubs that have normal wear & tear. Any chips on the paint of the club will deem them “not normal”, therefore, all clubs will be given a fair trade in value, not a 90 day return.

Custom fit clubs are not covered by the The 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  All sales of custom fit clubs are final.
